Outdoor Classes

Have fun in the sun and get fit with Lizette. All fitness levels are welcome for our total body conditioning class held outdoors.

Registration Guidelines:

  • Registration is required!

  • No refund will be given for outdoor classes unless you early cancel.

Outdoor Class Guidelines:

  • Bring your own mat.

  • Bring water.

  • Sanitizer and first aid kit will be available at all times.​
