Our semi-private personal training offers a hands-on coaching experience at an affordable price. Every semi-private session is limited to 6 clients at once, meaning our trainers can interact, coach, and facilitate every client in a personal and direct manner.
A gym membership isn't required!
Work up a great sweat with a friend or make a new one while getting an amazing workout with a personal trainer. Have the guidance, push, and structure of a personal training session but in a small group setting.

Workouts will include a mixture of strength training using free weights, TRX and body weight movements, high intensity interval training and fat burning cardio conditioning. All sessions are 45 minutes long.

This small group session is appropriate for anyone who is familiar with the basic fundamental movements such as squats, lunges, pushups and planks.
Beginners:
This small group session is appropriate for anyone who is new to fitness or wants a refresher of the basics or just enjoys a lower impact workout!
