We’re thrilled to introduce Park Fitness Gym Studio—our brand-new space dedicated to group fitness and personal training! Located @ 45 Hinkley pl. (Lower Level) just around the corner from our gym !

At Park Fitness Gym Studio, our small group classes are built on core foundational principles of fitness to help you achieve results in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Our classes emphasize strength training, core strengthening, and cardiovascular conditioning.

All Classes focus on proper form, range of motion, and mobility, our workouts are  effective, efficient, fun and challenging. Each class follows a carefully designed program created by the Park Fitness Team, tailored to all fitness levels.

Work up a great sweat with a friend or make a new one while getting an amazing workout. Have the guidance, push, and structure of a personal training session but in a group class setting.  

Workouts include a mixture of strength training using free weights, TRX and body weight movements, high intensity interval training and fat burning cardio conditioning. All sessions are 60 minutes long.

Join us for a transformative workout experience that empowers you to reach your full potential. At Park Fitness Gym Studio, we’re here to support and inspire you every step of the way!

Level: ​

This small group class is a maximum of 12 people. It's appropriate for anyone who is familiar with the basic fundamental movements such as squats, lunges, pushups and planks. 

Location: All Classes and bootcamps take place at 45 Hinkley Pl. (Lower level)

Entrance is located at the side door.

A low-impact, high-intensity total-body workout designed to strengthen and tone from head to toe. Using bodyweight, dumbbells, resistance bands, and stability balls, this class combines controlled strength exercises with core-focused movements to build endurance, stability, and definition. Expect slow, intentional movements, pulsing, and isometric holds—no jumping, just pure muscle activation. Beginner-friendly but far from easy, this class will challenge you in a way that feels approachable yet effective.
