Squat -Bench-Deadlift

​Barbell training is  one the fastest ways to build real strength, but only if you learn the lifts the right way.

​

This 75-minute workshop will give you the knowledge and confidence to step under the bar and master two of the most powerful exercises: the Squat and the Bench Press. 

What you’ll get out of this session: 

  • A step-by-step breakdown of squat and bench form. 

  • A full breakdown of proper deadlift form to protect your back and maximize strength.

  • Hands-on coaching to eliminate mistakes and prevent injury. 

  • How to set up your barbell, rack, and bench like a pro. 

  • Drills and warm-ups to make your lifts stronger and safer.

  • The confidence to walk into the weight room knowing exactly what to do. 

  • A Workout Program based on the movements from the workshop, so you can keep practicing and progressing on your own.

This is more than an introduction—it’s your foundation for long-term progress. Whether you’re new to lifting or looking to sharpen technique, you’ll walk away with the tools to train smarter and get stronger.

Learn how to foam roll safely + effectively to feel better and move better.
✔ When to foam roll + what roller to use

✔ Hands-on coaching + technique help
