Intro to Barbells Workshop
Part 1: Squat & Bench

​Barbell training is  one the fastest ways to build real strength, but only if you learn the lifts the right way.

​

This 75-minute workshop will give you the knowledge and confidence to step under the bar and master two of the most powerful exercises: the Squat and the Bench Press. 

What you’ll get out of this session: 

  • A step-by-step breakdown of squat and bench form. 

  • Hands-on coaching to eliminate mistakes and prevent injury. 

  • How to set up your barbell, rack, and bench like a pro. 

  • Drills and warm-ups to make your lifts stronger and safer.

  • The confidence to walk into the weight room knowing exactly what to do. 

  • A Workout Program based on the movements from the workshop, so you can keep practicing and progressing on your own.

Special Bonus: Learn proper lunge mechanics and banded shoulder retraction drills to strengthen supporting muscle groups and enhance squat and bench performance.

Part 2: Deadlift & Overhead Press

The deadlift and overhead press are two of the most effective lifts for building strength and total-body power.

 

In this 75-minute workshop, you’ll learn how to perform both safely and with confidence—skills that will carry over into every area of your training.

What you’ll get out of this session: 

  • A full breakdown of proper deadlift form to protect your back and maximize strength.

  • Overhead press techniques that build shoulder stability, core power, and upper-body strength.

  • How to brace, grip, and set up for efficient, powerful lifts. 

  • Mobility drills and accessory work to support progress. 

  • Individual coaching and corrections to set you up for long-term success. 

  • A Workout Program based on the movements from the workshop, so you can continue practicing and progressing on your own. 

 

Special Bonus: Learn proper Glute Bridge mechanics to reinforce glute activation and Forearm Plank technique to develop the core stability essential for bracing under heavy pulls.
