4 Week Bootcamp! 4 weeks of fat burning, body sculpting programming designed to bring your fitness your fitness to the next level. Increase stamina, strength, flexibility and lose fat! See measurable progress with an assessments given the first day and last day of the bootcamp. Park Fitness Gym's boot camp always educates and continuously instructs on proper technique and form. All movements are mindful and functional to take our members through a fun, motivating and safe workout. Suitable for those who are injury free and are familiar with the basics: (squats, pushups and planks etc.)​​​
